Working aboard the sailing yacht Sultana was a truly valuable experience. In the role of sole deck/stew/chef, I carried a wide range of responsibilities, which at times felt overwhelming, but it gave me the chance to learn and grow tremendously in all aspects of yacht operations. The yacht itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful design and excellent onboard features that made it a pleasure to work on. The owner was very friendly and enjoyable to have onboard, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the trips. The boat also had a great dynamic among those on board, and we were fortunate to have evenings off to explore ashore, which made the experience all the more rewarding. Overall, while the workload was demanding, Sultana offered an incredible opportunity for professional and personal growth. I would highly recommend working aboard this yacht if the chance arises.
