Can’t recommend this yacht enough. Strong leadership, clear communication, and a supportive environment from day one. Plenty of sea time, interesting travel, and great crew dynamics. Pay and rotation are both very reasonable for the industry.
Very professional boat with clear expectations and solid support from the heads of department. Good training and strong career prospects. One small downside: there’s not a lot of social downtime during back-to-back charters, so it can feel intense. That said, everyone pulls together and there’s a real sense of pride in the work.
